GENERAL TOS

Disclosure: I (the artist) reserve the right to deny and/or refund a commission for any reason.

Refunds: Refunds are not accepted once I begin working on a piece. However, if a piece takes longer than one year to complete, the commission will be automatically refunded.

Wait Time: Commissions are worked on one at a time in order of payment and wait times vary. When a customer is next in line, they will be contacted and work will begin on the commission. Commissions are usually completed within two weeks to two months depending on the complexity. However, they can sometimes take longer due to life circumstances (health, trips, etc.)

Hours & Schedule: I have another job and responsibilities outside of commission work, therefore I have limited days and times to work on art. My hours are kept up-to-date at https://www.09leaf.com/commissions/hours-and-schedule

CLIENT USAGE AND ARTISTIC LIBERTIES

Usage: Commissioned art is for personal use only. Customers can use pieces for display purposes, profile pictures, advertising, or post them onto social media. Commissioned art can be made into stickers, pins, etc. but cannot be sold as merchandise.

AI Policy: All artwork, commissioned or otherwise, is protected intellectual property of Art by 09Leaf LLC. Unauthorized use of art in training data sets, style mimicking, and image generation is prohibited.

Art Theft: Art theft includes claiming to have drawn my art, reposting without credit, reselling my work as merchandise or prints, reselling as NFTs, tracing and referencing without credit, tracing and finishing a refunded sketch, and replicating/feeding my work to AI.

REQUESTING REVISIONS

Revisions (Traditional): For traditional art, such as paintings, customers are allowed to request up to two free revisions. A 15% fee will be charged for each additional revision. Mistakes by the artist are free-of-charge (FOC).

Revisions (Digital): For digital art, such as pet caricatures, customers are allowed to request up to two free revisions in either the sketch or the lineart. A 15% fee will be charged for each additional revision while sketching and lining, and a 30% fee will be charged for revisions requested past those stages. Mistakes by the artist are FOC.

TRADITIONAL ART INFORMATION

Shipping: Shipping traditional art within the United States of America costs around $5.00 USD to $10.00 USD depending on location and size/weight of the commission. Shipping comes with tracking. I cannot remake a commissioned piece if it is lost in the mail, thus hand-to-hand delivery is preferable for local customers.

Allergies: I own cats and have frequent interactions with other animals such as dogs, reptiles, and small mammals. Although I try to keep my workspace is clean and free from pets, there is always the possibility of rare pet dander or accidental stray hair in a parcel. If the customer is severely allergic to any of the above, please refrain from purchasing traditional art!

DO'S AND DON'TS

I DO DRAW: Animals, fantasy creatures, nature, and landscapes.

I DON'T DRAW: People, licensed or copyrighted characters, horror/blood, sexual art, political content, cultural appropriation, taboo subject matter, and AI generated reference material.

I will not draw anything that would promote hate or discrimination towards a specific group or individual.
